我們今日來玩一個小遊戲,看似簡單的指令,聽說未必人人做到,尤其有九成男生做不到!來試試吧!

椅子挑戰:
先準備一張椅子,人面向牆壁站直,腳尖碰牆,向後移動兩個腳掌的距離,雙腳靠攏,身體呈90度彎腰,頭頂牆壁,把椅子拉近自己並拿至胸前,然後抱著椅子站起來。

Relax for a minute- Chair challenge
Let ’s play a game today. The instructions seem simple but not everyone can finish. Usually 90% of men fail this. Let’s try it out.

Chair challenge:
Prepare a chair. Stand upright facing the wall, touch the wall with your toes, step backwards about two steps, keep your feet together, bend your body at 90 degrees, placing your head on the wall. Hold the chair close to yourself and hold it to your chest. Stand up while holding the chair.
