Relax for a minute- Chair challenge
Let ’s play a game today. The instructions seem simple but not everyone can finish. Usually 90% of men fail this. Let’s try it out.
Prepare a chair. Stand upright facing the wall, touch the wall with your toes, step backwards about two steps, keep your feet together, bend your body at 90 degrees, placing your head on the wall. Hold the chair close to yourself and hold it to your chest. Stand up while holding the chair.
