白菊花因你變耀眼～
優質的菊花有很多種，毫、滁、貢、杭菊，而杭菊分為杭白菊和杭黃菊兩種。胎菊是杭菊最上品的一種。
白菊－清肝明目。單泡，熬夜晚睡適合飲用
黃菊－疏散風熱。＋夏枯草，眼紅有眼垢適合飲用。
野菊花－清熱解毒力強。＋金銀花、土茯苓，皮膚敏感，泛紅，發熱，痕癢能飲用。
Types of Chrysanthemum
There four four kinds of quality chrysanthemums- ‘hao’, ‘chu’, ‘gong’ and ‘hang’. ‘Hang’ chrysanthemums are categorized into white or yellow chrysanthemums. Matricariarecutita is considered the best within all ‘Hang’ white chrysanthemums.
(Improve eyesight) White Chrysanthemum- clears the liver and improve eyesight. Brew alone, suitable for those who have late nights.
(Clear heat) Yellow Chrysanthemum- dispels wind and heat. Brew with Xiakucao, suitable for those with red eyes and eye dirt.
(Clear heat and remove toxin) Wild Chrysanthemum- healing power of clearing heat and removing toxin is strong. Added with honeysuckle flower, smilax to brew can relieve skins issues such as allergies, redness, and itch.
