救急扶危按人中
經典的古裝劇情節：有人暈倒昏迷後，只要有人掐其人中穴，昏迷的人轉眼就能醒過來。按人中穴真的有那麼神奇嗎？應該怎麼掐才正確呢？
中醫理論認為，人中穴是人體陰陽經氣的交會點，因為中暑等原因暈倒的主因都是陰陽二氣不通造成，所以刺激人中穴可以令人體經脈裡的陰陽之氣溝通和合，有助疏通氣血、平衡陰陽、提升血壓，是中醫急救穴位之一。遇上有人暈倒時，可以用大拇指指尖用力按揉其人中穴，以大約半秒至一秒按一下的頻率按揉至患者甦醒，不宜一直用死力按著不放。由於按此穴位會令血壓上升，昏迷者如本身患有高血壓或腦血管疾病則不宜使用此法。
當然如果發現有人昏倒，第一時間召喚救護車為宜，按揉人中穴只作輔助作用。

人中穴 (又名水溝穴)
功效：開竅，醒神，疏通氣血
位置：上唇和鼻尖之間有一條溝叫人中溝，在人中溝的上1/3交點處
方法：急救時，用大拇指指尖用力按揉，以大約半秒至一秒按一下的頻率按揉至患者甦醒

Life Saving Renzhong Point
Classic scene in Chinese period dramas: when someone faints, another squats over to press on the Renzhong Point, the fainted person wakes up immediately. Is it really magical to press on the Renzhong Point? How should it be done?
Chinese medicine believes Renzhong Point is the meeting point of yin qi and yang qi. Some people pass out due to reasons like heat stroke and it happens because the yin qi and yang qi cannot communicate. Therefore, pressing on the Renzhong point can help harmonize the yin qi and yang qi in the body. It helps with blood and qi flow, balance yin and yang, and raise your blood pressure. It is one of the emergency measures for Chinese medicine. When someone faints, you can use your thumb to press firmly on the Renzhong Point every half to one second until the patient wakes up. It is not advisable to keep pressing continuously as pressing this point will increase blood pressure. It is not suitable to do for those with high blood pressure or cerebrovascular disease.
Of course, if someone passes out, find an ambulance first as the top priority, and press on the Renzhong point as a form of assistance.

Renzhong Point (Middle of the Person) (also known as Shuigou (Water Pit))
Location: The upper 1/3 of the ditch between the upper lip and the tip of the nose.
Method: In case of emergency, use your thumb to press firmly every half to one second until the patient wakes up.
