青瓜減肥法適可宜止
減肥吃甚麼?第一時間想到的都是蔬菜吧!例如青瓜、西芹、西蘭花等,坊間有些人會採用青瓜減肥法,例如每日吃三餐前生吃一條青瓜,甚至用一條青瓜代替其中一餐,肚餓時就吃生青瓜等等。青瓜含水量豐富而且低熱量,減肥期間用來做零食代替品的確不錯,但要注意青瓜性涼,有生津解渴、清熱利水的作用,適合濕熱、陰虛體質人士,但胃寒容易胃痛腹痛者不宜食用,氣血虛弱也不宜多吃。減肥期間不宜過度節食,進食蔬菜雖然健康但也要配合體質或可以進食屬性平和的蔬菜水果,畢竟營養均衡才是健康飲食之道。減肥更建議進食經過烹煮的蔬菜,因為未經烹調的也是生冷食物,易傷脾胃,脾胃運化功能失常,則濕濁內生,容易出現易腹瀉、水腫、面色萎黃等脾胃虛弱症狀。

青瓜- 又名黃瓜,性涼,能清熱利水,生津解渴,有利尿的作用,適合身體有偏熱症狀、濕熱、陰虛及血瘀體質人士食用,氣虛、血虛、陽虛、痰濕及氣滯人士則不宜多吃。
