長時間用手機或睇電視,容易令眼睛疲勞。接着的一分鐘就放下這些螢光幕,以中指指腹輕壓以下兩個穴位,亦可畫小圈按揉3-5秒後鬆開,有助回復眼仔碌碌。

攢竹穴
位置:眉毛內側,眉頭凹陷處

睛明穴
位置:內側眼角凹陷處

Staring at our phone or television for long hours can hurt our eyes. Stop staring at the screen for the next one minute and use your middle fingers to massage the two acupoints below in a circular motion for about 3-5 seconds. This exercise will make your eyes sparkle again.

Zan Zhu Point
Location: Inner end of the eyebrow, directly above the inner canthus of the eye

Jing Ming Point
Location: In the depression slightly above the inner canthus.
