CheckCheckCin: Living alone is definitely not an issue, but if your timidness has affected your life, then you should tackle this problem right away. Some accompanying symptoms are perspiration when nervous, shivering hands, heart palpitation, and breathing difficulties.
According to the Chinese Medicine theories, a person’s timidness might not necessarily be congenital, as it might be related to his or her body constitution.
