潮濕天嘴唇都乾到甩皮？

CheckCheckCin：有句說話叫「看嘴知脾虛」，根據中醫理論「脾開竅於口，其華在唇」，所以嘴唇脫皮的問題除了乾燥，有火，亦要注意是否脾虛，脾虛的人其中一個表現為嘴唇、咽喉及皮膚乾燥欠光澤，脾負責運送水份到身體各處，脾虛則無法履行工作，所以補水再多，嘴唇都得不到滋潤。想根治嘴唇脫皮問題，建議從健脾方面入手，多吃健脾的白米、淮山、芡實、蓮子、薯仔、番薯等。推介以下這款糖水，有助健脾養胃，一星期食一至兩次為宜。
百合蓮子糖水
功效：健脾潤燥，紓緩皮膚及嘴唇乾燥問題
材料：百合15克、新鮮蓮子連芯60克（乾品20克）、冰糖適量
做法：
1. 材料洗淨備用。
2. 全部材料放入鍋中，加水至蓋過所有材料，武火煮至水滾，改文火加蓋煮30-40分鐘，加入適量冰糖調味煮至溶化即可。

Reason that causes chapped lips are dryness, heat, and also asthenic weak spleen. People with asthenic weak spleen will show symptoms of chapped lips, dry throat and also dull skin. The spleen’s duty is to transport liquid to different parts of the body, when spleen cannot do its work, no matter how much water you drink, your lips won’t stay moist. To treat chapped lips, we suggest that you start with nourishing your spleen. Consume in moderation food that could nourish your spleen such as rice, wild yam, fox nuts, lotus seeds, potatos, yams etc. We recommend you to try the following sweet soup which helps nourish spleen and stomach. You may consume it twice a week.
Lily bulb lotus seed sweet soup
Effects: Nourishes spleen and moisten dryness, helps relieve dry skin and lips.
Ingredients: 15g lily bulb, 60g fresh lotus seeds or 20g dried lotus seeds, appropriate amounts of rock sugar
Preparation:
1. Rinse ingredients thoroughly.
2. Combine ingredients with water enough to cover them in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste, simmer until they melt.
