我明明食得好少,點解都唔瘦?
脾虛會引致痰濕體質,身形圓潤又腫脹,就算食得再少都唔會瘦,要先養好脾才可減肥!建議這類型人士少吃生冷,即使是刺身、壽司和沙律都算生冷。
健脾茶療:茯苓、澤瀉各6克、熟薏米10克
做法:用600毫升水煲30分鐘。連渣倒入保溫瓶,可以反覆沖泡至味淡。一星期飲用3日。
注意:適合痰濕及濕熱體質人士,孕婦及容易便秘人士不宜飲用。

Ingredients:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients with 600ml of water into a pot and boil for 30 minutes. Pour everything (including ingredients) into a thermos. Tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. Suggested to drink three days a week.
Suitable for those with phlegm and dampness or damp heat body types, not recommended for those who are pregnant or constipated.
