I’m not eating much and having a hard time losing weight!
A weakened spleen can lead to a phlegm and dampness body type, a rounded body shape prone to bloating and swelling. As a result, no matter how little you eat, it would be difficult to shed weight, so the key would be to strengthen your spleen first before any dieting program! These people are suggested to avoid cold and raw foods, even sashimi, sushi and salad should be avoided.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients with 600ml of water into a pot and boil for 30 minutes. Pour everything (including ingredients) into a thermos. Tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. Suggested to drink three days a week.
Suitable for those with phlegm and dampness or damp heat body types, not recommended for those who are pregnant or constipated.
