▶︎不用擔心，夜尿頻其實有好多原因，除了腎虛、其實壓力、濕熱和陽氣不足等都會引起夜尿頻的情況。很多人有夜尿問題時就以為自己腎虧，就一味食用補腎成藥或食療，由於未能對症下藥，不能改善夜尿問題之餘更可能影響健康，所以最重要還是要CheckCheckCin!

功效：疏肝補腎。舒緩抑鬱情緒、心神不寧、尿頻等症狀。
注意：感冒患者不宜飲用。

▶︎Don’t worry, there are a number of reasons for frequent urination at night – nocturia. Aside from kidney, stress, lack of yang qi and damp heat can all cause nocturia. A lot of people when faced with the condition immediately think it’s related to their kidneys, and decide to take kidney strengthening medicine and remedies, but if the kidneys are not the cause, then taking all the supplements and medication will not improve the situation and have adverse effect on health. Preparation: Rinse ingredients thoroughly. Combine with 800ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes. Once cooked, this tea can be poured into thermos with all ingredients and re-brewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink for 1-2 days.
Effects: Disperse depressed liver energy and strengthens kidney. Relieves symptoms of depression, anxiety and nocturia.
Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu.
