胃舒適素湯
材料: 紅蘿蔔2根、粟米1根(連鬚芯)、猴頭菇2個、眉豆20克、小米(約半米杯)、無花果3-4枚

做法
1. 把所有材料洗淨備用。紅蘿蔔去皮切塊、粟米去皮切大塊。猴頭菇泡水1-2小時備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮 1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾養胃。舒緩工作或生活壓力導致的胃部不適、胃脹等症狀。適合所有體質人士飲用。

Vegetarian Soup for a healthy stomach
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 corn, 2 monkeyhead mushroom, 20g purple haricots, millets, 3-4 dried figs
Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces; shuck the corn and cut into large pieces. Soak monkeyhead mushroom in water for 1-2 hours.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and cook on high heat until boiling. Then simmer on low heat for one hour, add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. Relieves stomach discomfort and bloatedness caused by work and life stress. Suitable for all body types.
