黑芝麻哇白芝麻哇哇

芝麻有益人人皆知,但如果說要養髮,就要選黑芝麻。到底黑白芝麻有什麼分別?芝麻性平,都有潤腸通便的功效,適合偏熱的便秘症狀。黑芝麻能有益肝腎、養血烏髮,可改善早生白髮及皮燥髮枯的問題。白芝麻有潤肺的功效。 因為芝麻有補益的效果,過量服用可引起偏熱症狀如口乾、喉嚨痛、甚至出暗瘡等。

介紹一道養髮茶飲:
核桃芝麻豆漿
材料:現成磨好的核桃肉、黑芝麻粉各2湯匙、豆漿1杯
做法:把核桃粉,黑芝麻粉,加入熱豆漿拌勻即可。建議一星期飲用1-2次。
注意:感冒未清者、身體有偏熱症狀及容易胃脹人士不宜多服。

Black Sesame vs White Sesame
Everyone knows sesame is good for you but when it comes to nourishing hair, then you need to have black sesame. But exactly what’s the difference between white and black sesame?
Sesame is mild in nature and can moisten the bowels to relieve constipation. It is suitable for constipation caused by heat. Black sesame is good for the liver and kidney, nourish blood and improve hair quality, and can improve early appearance of grey hair and dry skin and hair issues. White sesame nourishes the lungs. Since sesame has nourishing healing effects, over consumption can lead to heat-related symptoms such as dry mouth, sore throat and even acne.
Tea remedy to nourish hair:
Walnut Sesame Soy Milk
Ingredients: 2 tbsp powdered walnuts, 2 tbsp powdered black sesame, 1 cup soy milk
Preparation: Add powdered walnuts and sesame to heated soy milk and mix well. For best results, drink 1-2 times pe week.
Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu, or those with heat-related symptoms and prone to diarrhea.
