【平補脾胃】煲湯又怎少得淮山?

健脾袪濕淮山湯
說起常見煲湯材料,又怎少了淮山?不論是乾品或新鮮的,都是健脾養胃的好食材,由於其屬性平和,補而不滯,男女老幼適宜,成為了不少家庭的長備湯料。夏日天氣炎熱,養心養陽氣為保健重點,今天教大家一個加入淮山的養心好湯水,不但可健脾胃,也可寧神養心,晚上睡得更好!

湯水新鮮材料 vs 乾品對對碰:(二至三人份)
新鮮淮山1根=淮山乾品20克
新鮮蓮子 160克=蓮子乾品80克
新鮮百合1個=百合乾品15克

淮山蘋果梨茨實湯
材料:新鮮淮山1根、蘋果1個、梨2個、茨實20克、眉豆20克、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。新鮮淮山去皮切段,蘋果、梨可自行選擇留皮與否,切大件備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾益氣袪濕。紓解壓力大引起的身體困倦等症狀。

Fresh ingredients vs dried ingredients (2-3 servings)
1 fresh Chinese yam = 20g dried Chinese yam
160g fresh lotus seeds = 80g dried lotus seeds
1 fresh lily bulb= 15g dried lily bulb

Chinese yam soup with apple, pear and fox nuts
Ingredients: 1 fresh Chinese yam, 1 apple, 2 pears, 20g fox nuts, 20g purple haricot, 3 figs
Preparation: 
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel Chinese yam and cut into pieces. Cut apple and pears into pieces (You can decide peel those or not).
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste. 
Effects: Strengthens spleen, nourishes qi and dispels dampness. It can relieve fatigue caused by pressure.
