寒底唔適合食太多香蕉呀。

香蕉是不少人最喜愛又常食的水果之一,味道香甜,大人細路也喜愛,香蕉屬性寒涼,有清熱解毒的功效,亦可通便潤腸。香蕉尤其適合一眾「熱氣」人士食用,但假如你本身脾胃虛寒(飲食生冷後容易胃痛、胃脹)、容易頭暈、腹瀉等就要注意少吃,或是可把香蕉蒸熟來吃,因為蒸熟寒性會被大大減低,又或是可選擇吃較溫和的大蕉或皇帝蕉。

生香蕉-屬性寒涼,有清熱解毒及治痔瘡的功效,適合熱氣人士使用。要注意尚青或沒熟透的香蕉有收斂作用,能止瀉更有可能引起便秘,不宜多吃。

熟香蕉或經烹煮的香蕉-寒性會減低,帶潤腸通便的效果。最好是香蕉皮上呈現梅花點的。

What’s the difference between unripe and ripe bananas?
Banana is a favorite fruit for many people because it’s sweet and fragrant, and it’s attractive to both adults and kids. Bananas are cold in nature, and can clear heat, remove toxins, and moisten bowels to relieve constipation. Bananas are especially suitable for those experiencing excessive heat. However, if you have asthenic cold spleen and stomach (eating cold and raw foods can easily lead to stomaches and bloating), are prone to dizziness and diarrhea, then you should consume bananas moderately. Alternatively, you can also try cooking bananas by steaming as that will reduce coldness significantly or just choose plantains or emperor bananas that are warmer in nature.
Unripe bananas- cold in nature, clears heat, removes toxins and can treat hemmeroids. Suitable for those who are hot in nature. Note that green and unripe bananas can also relieve diarrhea or lead to constipation so should be consumed in moderation.
Ripe or cooked bananas- Cold nature is reduced, moistens the bowels to relieve constipation. The ideal ripe bananas would have small brown spots on the skin.
