假期後上班回魂秘訣

經歷了聖誕及除夕倒數,再加上不少人趁機放大假去旅遊,大家都把精力透支了吧?!到了要上班的日子,拖著沒有靈魂的驅殼上班,個人處於渾渾噩噩狀態,生理和心理上都未能調適,這就證明你患上了「假期後症候群」!一下子要你抽離放假的快樂是殘忍又不可能的事,容許自己有兩三日調適期,讓自己處於稍微放縱的狀態,有助順利回復到日常的工作狀態。
做以下事情,有助你慢慢過渡調適期:
1. 抽空餘時間與同事分享旅行手信和所見所聞;
2. 工餘時間重溫旅行拍下的照片和影片;
3. 開始計劃下一個假期,人有目標,做事自然更有幹勁。
工作時間想精神集中,不妨沖杯小麥甘草紅棗茶,有助你回復靚靚心情,把遊魂的精神狀態拉回來。
小麥甘草紅棗茶
功效:養心安神、滋陰養臟,紓緩精神不集中、憂鬱等不安情緒。
材料:小麥30克、甘草6克、紅棗6枚
做法:材料洗淨,紅棗切半,材料放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱水焗15分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
備註:感冒未清者、身體有偏熱症狀、月經期間、哺乳中女士不宜飲用。

After Christmas and New Year’s holidays, everyone is likely very tired. Going back to work feels like such a daunting task, and it’s as if our soul hasn’t returned from vacation yet. Give yourself a couple days to adjust back to work and smoothly transition back to working condition.
Try doing the following to transition:
1. Share souvenirs and photos from your vacation with coworkers during free time
2. During down time, revisit your holiday photos and videos
3. Start planning your next vacation to give yourself a goal to work towards
To help with your concentration, try making this Chinese red dates tea with wheat and licorice to give yourself a boost and improve your moods.
Chinese red dates tea with wheat and licorice
Effects: nourishes the heart and calms the mind, nourishes yin and organs. Alleviates poor concentration and anxiousness
Ingredients: 30g wheat, 6g licorice, 6 Chinese red dates
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut red dates in half and place into thermos. Rinse once with hot water, then steep with hot water for 15 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until its flavour weakens.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from cold or flu, those with heat related symptoms, ladies menstruating or breastfeeding.
