飲翻個醒神湯水,提升一下個mood先~?
☞材料:生魚1條、節瓜2個、乾瑤柱3-4枚、 眉豆30克、無花果2枚、瘦肉300克
☞做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。生魚劏洗淨。節瓜去皮、切大塊。
2. 生魚劏洗淨後以熱油加薑煎至兩面微黃,放入魚湯袋備用。
3. 直接於鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
☞功效:開胃祛濕,生津止渴。有助強身防病,舒緩食慾差,容易疲倦等症狀。
?節瓜性平,有開胃生津止渴的功效,適合全家食用。
Energizing Soup
☞Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut open and clean fish. Peel and deseed hairy gourds, then cut into large pieces.
2. Pan-fry fish wit hot oil and ginger until both sides of hte fish are slightly browned. Place fish into soup bag.
3. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
☞Effects: Improves appetite, expels dampness, promote saliva production to quench thirst. Helps to improve immunity, relieves symptoms of appetite loss and fatigue.
