【合時湯水】男女都可以腎虛~

暖身補腎助陽湯
中醫理論認為「腎藏精」,腎中所藏的精氣是陽氣的根源,腎陽虛的人特別畏冷,伴隨症狀有神疲乏力、腰膝痠軟、小便自遺、大便稀爛或凌晨3-5時會腹瀉,男士有陽萎、遺精或早洩,女士有痛經而暖敷能緩解、閉經甚至難有孕等,需要溫補腎陽。五行學說中冬屬水,與人體的腎氣相應,對應顏色為黑色,想溫補腎陽的話,可以適量進食黑色具補益腎氣作用的食材,例如黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黑棗、黑木耳、海參、烏雞等。

食材小貼士:
肉蓯蓉性溫,有補腎陽、益精血、潤腸通便的功效,適合腎陽不足、精血虧虛及腸燥便秘人士食用。

舞茸菇肉蓯蓉核桃湯
功效:補腎助陽,有助暖宮,紓緩畏冷、因宮寒而致的痛經、腰痠、便秘等症狀。
材料:熟木瓜1個、舞茸菇2朵、肉蓯蓉9克、核桃20克、黑豆30克、腰果30克、枸杞子15克、南棗4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,木瓜去皮去籽切塊,黑豆、腰果、核桃以白鍋炒香備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to nourish yang and warm-you-up

Chinese Medicine theories believe that the kidneys store the essence, which is also the source of yang energy. Individuals with yang-deficient kidneys are especially afraid of the cold. Other symptoms include fatigue, weak knees and waist, involuntary urination, loose stools, and diarrhea between 3-5am. While men might experience erectile dysfunction, involuntary ejaculation, or premature ejaculation, women might go through menstrual cramp (can be relieved through warm compress), the absence of menstruation, or even have trouble conceiving. Hence, they need to warm and nourish the kidney yang.

Based on the Five Element theory, winter belongs to the water element and corresponds with kidney qi in the body and the color black. To warm and nourish kidney yang, we can consume black colored ingredients such as black rice, black bean, black sesame, black date, black fungus, sea cucumber, and black-boned chicken.

Tips on ingredient:
Desert broomrape is warm in nature. It can nourish kidney yang, strengthen the essence in blood, and improve bowel movements. It is suitable for individuals with kidney-yang deficient and blood essence -deficient, as well as constipation problems.

Maitake mushrooms and desert broomrape soup with walnuts
Effects: Replenishes the kidneys and nourishes yang, can help to warm the uterus, relieve fear of cold, symptoms due to cold uterus such as menstrual pain, sore back and constipation.
Ingredients: 1 ripe papaya, 2 maitake mushrooms, 9g desert broomrape, 20g walnuts, 30g black beans, 30g cashews, 15g wolfberries, 4 south jujubes
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core the papaya and cut into pieces. Stir fry black beans, cashews and walnuts without oil in wok until fragrant.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
