是日白露???

白露這時節因為有日夜的溫差,會容易看到植物上還黏附著露水,這麼有詩意的景象。初秋的日間依然和暖,但太陽下山後,晚間氣溫瞬間轉涼。衣服上的配搭要多穿幾件薄的衣物,方便熱的時候減少衣物,涼的時候也能及時添衣。溫差大始終會讓人防不勝防,容易著涼、生病。平時更要少吃生冷,保持脾胃正常的運作,才能強身防病。天氣日漸乾燥,可適量進食潤肺滋陰的食材。
