星期五湯水-粟米紅蘿蔔牛蒡黃豆湯

這個星期介紹一道清熱袪濕,可以舒緩皮膚痕癢、有暗瘡、淋巴腫痛、喉嚨痛等症狀的好味道素湯!

粟米紅蘿蔔牛蒡黃豆湯
材料:粟米(連鬚芯)2根、紅蘿蔔1根、牛蒡1根、黃豆40克、蜜棗2枚
做法:蔬菜洗淨切件備用。鍋內注入2000毫升水,以武火煮沸,加入蔬菜,加入洗淨的黃豆,以文火煲45分鐘,調入適量鹽即可。
注意:此湯水有清熱的作用,所以脾胃虛弱、容易腹瀉的人就不適合飲用了。

Friday Soup Series- Corn and Carrot Soup with Burdock and Soybean

This soup for this week helps to clear heat and dispel dampness. It also helps to relieve itchy skin, acne, swollen and painful lymphs, as well as sore throat. It’s also a delicious vegetarian soup!

Ingredients: 2 corns (with silk), 1 carrot, 1 burdock, soybean 40g, 2 candied dates
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients and cut vegetables into pieces. Add 2000ml of water into put and bring to boil. First add in vegetables, then soy bean and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Note: This soup has healing effect of clearing heat. Those with asthenic spleen and stomach or prone to diarrhea should avoid this soup.
