這個星期介紹一道寧心安神,可改善面色偏白、善忘及失眠的素湯。
南瓜木瓜茯神湯
材料:南瓜300克(約半斤)、木瓜1個、茯神15克、去核紅棗4-5枚、紅腰豆30克
做法:蔬菜洗淨,南瓜及木瓜去皮去籽切件備用。鍋內注入約2000毫升水,以武火煮沸,加入材料,以文火煲45分鐘,調入適量鹽即可。

Friday Soup Series- Pumpkin Papaya Soup with Poria with Hostwood

This week’s vegetarian soup helps to calm the mind and heart, improve pale complexion, forgetfulness and insomnia.

Ingredients: pumpkin 300g, 1 papaya, poria with hostwood 15g, 4-5 seedless red dates, red kidney beans 30g
Preparation: Rinse all vegetables thoroughly, peel, seed and cut papaya and pumpkin into pieces. Add 2000ml of water into pot and cook on high until boiling. Add in ingredients and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, add salt to taste.
