新年好習慣:
睡前半小時不滑手機
{21天效應:要養成一個新習慣,需要連續重覆21次或者21天,新一年給自己訂立一個健康新目標吧!}
手機已成為我們生活中不可或缺的一部份,就連睡覺前,很多人都習慣睡在床上滑手機,直至眼皮撐不住合上為止,然後又靠手機裡的鬧鐘喚醒起床。其實睡前滑手機,雙眼凝視在小小又發光的屏幕之中,對雙眼和睡眠質素都有損害,從中醫角度來看,睡前應該讓心神安定,所以宜遠離手機,讓大腦徹底休息。睡覺為養生之首,睡得好,身體才會好。
從今天開始,睡前半小時不滑手機!
水潤汪汪養眼茶療:
材料:花旗參9克、石斛9克、桑葉9克、麥冬6克
做法:材料洗淨,鍋裡加入約800毫升水,加入全部材料,武火煮滾後調文火煮30分鐘即可。
功效:清熱滋陰明目。適合皮膚乾、咽喉不適、聲音沙啞、熬夜、常看電腦、電話螢幕。
注意:感冒期間不宜飲用。

Healing tea to moisten the eyes
Ingredients: 9g American ginseng, 9g dendrobium, 9g mulberry leave, 6g ophiopogon japonicus
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Then to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Effects: clears heat, nourishes yin and improves vision. Suitable for those with dry skin, throat discomfort, coarse voice, frequent late nights, frequent usage of computers and phones.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from cold or flu.
