氣於體內的運行是靠血及津液。津液隨著大汗、大瀉或大吐而流失,一定會損氣。身體隨即會出現講話都沒有力氣,全身乏力的氣虛狀態。

建議:氣血虛體質人士不宜做過份耗汗的運動
