#小寒】今年的小寒不太冷

小寒養生重點:「養腎防寒,溫補氣血」

桂圓:補益心脾、養血安神
枸杞子:滋補肝腎,益精明目
肉桂:溫中散寒、暖脾胃、溫經通脈

桂圓枸杞子肉桂茶
功效:調補肝腎,暖胃驅寒。
材料:桂圓10克、枸杞子10克、肉桂1枝(或肉桂粉1/2茶匙)、紅茶茶包1個
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再加入熱開水焗15分鐘至香味透出,如使用肉桂粉此時可以加入拌勻。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。

Longan and wolfberry tea with cinnamon
Effects: Nourishes the liver and kidneys. Warms the stomach and dispels cold.
Ingredients: 10g longan, 10g wolfberry, 1 stick of cinnamon(or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder), 1 black tea sachet
Preparation:
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos. Rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens.
