【口甘】嘴巴甜甜可能是濕熱?

口甜舌滑非好事?
相信大家不時都會口甜舌滑氹媽媽高興一下,間中說話口甜舌滑一下固然沒有問題,但是口中真的覺得有甜味,連飲水也覺得帶甜或酸甜的話,多因為脾胃功能失常,尤其是有濕熱,中醫稱為「口甘」。這類人平日吃過多甘肥厚味的食物,胃口好,吃得也多,同時亦會有口渴不想飲水,而且有胃脹的的症狀。所以平日口花花口甜舌滑還可,但真的有「口甜」的情況,就要多注意飲食,多吃清淡食物和蔬菜。

口甜舌滑食療:
材料:綠豆60克、生薏米20克、洋薏米10克、白果8枚
做法:白果剝殼備用。鍋中加入約1000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約45分鐘至軟身,最後以冰糖調味即可。

Tea remedy for sweet taste:
Ingredients: 60g mung beans, 20g raw coix seeds, 10g pearl barley, 8 gingko nuts
Preparation: remove shell from gingko nuts. Combine ingredients with 1000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for additional 45 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste.
