【濕疹不可怕】濕疹發作好惱人~
濕疹既折磨人又難斷尾,尤其是轉天氣時,當濕疹發作,不但周身痕癢難耐,更不自覺會抓得傷痕累累。平日多加注意,能有助預防復發和紓緩濕疹問題。

– 注意補濕,洗澡後要塗上潤膚乳
– 穿純棉透氣衣服
– 有壓力時要找方法宣洩
– 做適量運動,運動後儘快換走濕透衣服
– 保持心情愉快
– 充足睡眠

Dos and Don’ts of eczema

x use soap to cleanse your skin
