Calm the mind to overcome nightmares
Dreaming through the whole night can be exhausting, especially when we have nightmares. They could cause us to break into cold sweats, have a hard time falling asleep again, and feel stressed the day after.
TCM theories believe that nightmares are not only related to stress but also related to problems with the internal organs, especially the heart. Besides finding ways to relieve stress, we should also regulate the body based on our body constitution to stop nightmares from recurring.
