吃對水果養對身
冬天一到,吃水果的意慾就減低,但其實只要選得對,功效各有千秋。例如屬性溫熱的車厘子可以益氣健脾;士多啤梨雖然性寒,但可利咽潤肺;平性的無花果則能潤腸通便等。按個人體質適量進食,各有裨益。

提升陽氣的水果:
車厘子 — 性熱,益氣健脾、祛風濕。
桃子 — 性熱,補心血、生津潤腸。
芒果 — 性熱,健脾益胃、止嘔止暈、解渴生津、利尿。
石榴 — 性熱,生津止渴、澀腸止瀉。
紅毛丹 — 性熱,滋養補血。

生津潤燥的水果:
梨子 — 性寒,生津清熱、潤燥、止咳化痰。
蘋果 — 性平,潤肺健胃、生津止渴。
杮子 — 性寒,清熱潤肺、止渴。
士多啤梨 — 性寒,生津止渴、利咽潤肺。
葡萄 — 性平,補氣血、健胃生津。

滋潤暢便的水果:
蘋果 — 性平,潤肺健胃、生津止渴。
木瓜 — 性平,助消化、健脾胃、清暑解渴。
火龍果 — 性寒,潤腸通便、清火涼血。
熟香蕉 — 性寒,清熱通便、解酒。
無花果 — 性平,潤腸通便、健胃利咽。
