【星期五湯水 -佛手瓜紅蘿蔔栗子腰果湯】

今天介紹一個所有材料都適合秋天及初冬食用的湯水!佛手瓜可以理氣,對有氣管不適咳嗽多痰非常好;紅蘿蔔可健脾寬中及治咳嗽;而栗子可養胃健脾,更可益氣補腎氣,腰果則能夠健脾補腎及止久渴。以這幾種能夠益氣又養好脾胃的食材煲煮而成的湯水,味道清甜,更可針對性地改善秋冬的乾燥,補肺養脾。

材料:佛手瓜2個、紅蘿蔔2根、花菇4-5朵、栗子80克(約2兩)、腰果80克(約2兩)、無花果3枚

做法:
所有材料洗淨,佛手瓜、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊,栗子去皮備用,花菇浸1-2小時至軟身。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

功效:理氣健脾,強身防病。舒緩生活壓力大而致的胃脹不適、勞累等症狀。注意有痛風患者不宜。

All the ingredients in today’s soup are all suitable for the fall and early winter! Chayote regulates qi and is suitable for those with respiratory discomfort, cough, and phlegm; carrots can strengthen the spleen and relieve cough; chestnuts can nourish the stomach and strengthen the spleen, replenish qi and kidneys; cashews can strengthen the spleen, replenish the kidneys and relieve thirst. Using these healthy ingredients to make this delicious soup can effectively improve fall and winter dryness, replenish the lungs and nourish the spleen.

Ingredients: 2 chayote, 2 carrots, 4-5 mushrooms, 80g chestnuts (about 2 taels), 80g cashews (about 2 taels), 3 figs

Preparation:
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel chayote and carrots and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts. Combine ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Then simmer for another hour and add salt to taste.

Effects: Regulate qi and strengthen the spleen, improve body immunity. Relieve stress induced abdominal discomfort and fatigue. Note this is not suitable for those with gout.
