【是日穀雨】

「穀雨,穀得雨而生也」,穀雨節氣前後雨水增多,天氣日漸暖和,已開始感受到春日尾聲。請繼續注意濕邪對身體的影響,濕重會讓人感到容易疲倦、胃口不佳、頭重重等,飲食以健脾化濕為原則,適量進食薏米、赤小豆、扁豆、茯苓、淮山、番薯等健脾祛濕食物,增強脾胃功能。同時少吃生冷、重口味、煎炸油膩食物,養成每日飲用一杯米水的習慣就更好了。

穀雨養生重點:「健脾養胃,利水化濕」

生薏米:清熱健脾、祛濕消腫
熟薏米:健脾
檸檬:開胃消滯、生津止渴

檸檬薏米水
功效:健脾祛濕,紓緩四肢困倦、食慾差、水腫等症狀。
材料:生薏米30克、熟薏米20克、檸檬3-4片、冰糖適量
做法:材料洗淨,鍋內加入800毫升水,加入生薏米及熟薏米煮滾,轉小火煮約45分鐘,加入冰糖煮溶,熄火加入檸檬片即可。
注意:孕婦不宜飲用。

Cut down on raw, cold, heavily flavored, fried, and oily food, and cultivate the habit of drinking a cup of rice water a day.

Healthy living during Grain Rain Solar Term:
“Strengthen the spleen and stomach, promote urination and phlegm”

Raw Coix Seeds: clear heat, nourish the spleen, and dispel dampness in body
Cooked Coix Seeds: nourish the spleen
Lemon: stimulates appetite and relieves stagnancy, promotes fluid production and quenches thirst

Coix seeds water with lemon
Effects: strengthens the spleen and dispels dampness. Relieves tired limbs, poor appetite and abdominal bloating.
Ingredients: 30g raw coix seeds, 20g cooked coix seeds, 3-4 lemon slices, rock sugar to taste
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add the rock sugar and cook until melted. Turn off the heat and add the lemon slices.
Note: not suitable for pregnant ladies.
