濕疹患者要少喝的三大飲品
春夏是濕疹發作的高危季節,如不想忍受皮膚痕癢的痛苦,那就要忍忍口。從中醫角度來看,濕疹與脾虛有著密切關係,要預防病情復發,就要調節飲食,平日盡量少喝咖啡、奶茶及啤酒。
咖啡:性溫,具利尿作用。多飲會利水傷陰,令身體偏向燥熱,並做成體內津液不足,令肌膚出現乾燥、口渴、便秘等情況。如濕疹者飲用更會令加速皮膚乾燥情況,更重病情。
奶茶:紅茶性溫,奶屬滋膩。常飲奶茶容易加重皮膚痕癢的症狀。
啤酒:很多人誤以為啤酒有清熱氣的作用,其實啤酒性溫,能散寒氣,而且有活血功效,濕疹患者飲用更會令病情加重。

Coffee: warm in nature, can promote diuresis. Over consumption can stimulate diuresis and damage your yin, causing your body to become hot and dry with lack of fluids. From there you may experience skin dryness, thirst, and constipation. For those who suffer from eczema, having coffee will accelerate skin dryness to worsen the condition.
Milk tea: black tea is warm in nature, and milk is can be greasy. Drinking too much milk tea can worsen skin itchiness.
Beer: A lot of people mistakenly think beer can clear heat, but beer is warm in nature, and can dispel cold and promote blood circulation. Eczema symptoms will worsen with beer consumption.
