【怒傷肝】壓力爆燈腸胃也跟著鬧情緒

哈密瓜佛手瓜五指毛桃素湯
功效:疏肝理氣止瀉,紓緩生活壓力大而致的多嘆氣、腹痛、腹瀉症狀。
材料:哈密瓜半個、佛手瓜2個、五指毛桃80克、眉豆20克、白扁豆30克、陳皮1角、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,哈密瓜去皮去籽切塊;佛手瓜去皮切塊備用。
2. 2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Ingredients: Half a cantaloupe, 2 chayote, 80g hairy fig root, 20g purple haricot, 30g hyacinth bean, 1 dried citrus peel, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core cantaloupe and cut into pieces. Peel and cut chayote into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hour. Add salt to taste.
