到了春季最後一個節氣,雨水將明顯增多。氣候特點是溫暖潮濕,日夜溫差大,如稍不留神,身體容易出現鼻敏感、睏倦、頭重、眩暈、胃口差、肌肉痠痛等不適。
建議食療:小米、薏米、粟米、白蘿蔔、冬瓜、蓮藕
不宜進食:麻辣火鍋、辛辣、煎炸油膩
