【血瘀體質】身上經常出現不明來歷的瘀青

容易瘀青要活血疏肝
斑點狗小姐:「EC,我手腳經常有些不明來歷的瘀青,明明沒有碰撞過,但間中就發現青一撻紫一撻,是我的血有問題嗎?」

CheckCheckCin:如果身體容易出現瘀青,伴隨症狀還有舌底血脈色紫、面色和唇色偏紫暗、黑眼圈比較明顯、長暗瘡或被蚊叮後容易留印、容易周身疼痛且痛無定處的話,就代表你屬於血瘀體質,這種體質的人因為血液運行不暢並滯留經脈,化成血瘀,容易出現瘀青。

生活調養上,血瘀體質人士尤其要少吃生冷,因為生冷食物會直接影響體內氣血循環,瘀積經脈更會加劇血瘀情況,適量吃具活血、行氣、疏肝解鬱作用的食材,例如山楂、黑木耳、桃仁、玫瑰花、茉莉花等。平日做適量強度大的運動,例如游泳、球類運動等,有助於消散瘀血。亦建議進行多人參與的球類運動,因為正面的社交活動同時有減壓作用。血瘀人士大多肝氣不舒,所以不宜熬夜,宜在肝經循行時間(午夜1時)前入睡,保證肝血順利更新。

山楂陳皮桂花茶
功效:活血化瘀理氣。
材料:乾山楂8塊、陳皮1角、桂花少許、片糖適量
做法:將乾山楂及陳皮放入保溫瓶,注入熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗10分鐘,最後加入桂花及片糖,多焗5分鐘攪拌即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。一星期可以連續服用2-3天為一個療程。
注意:山楂味酸,不宜空腹飲用。胃部容易不適、孕婦、女士月經期間亦不宜飲用。

CheckCheckCin: If you are prone to bruising, and also have purplish blood vessels under the tongue, purplish complexion and lips, prominent dark circles, have acne, prone to marks from mosquito bite, prone to body aches, you likely have blood stasis body type. Those with this body type have poor blood circulation and blood stuck in meridians leads to blood stasis and bruising occurred.
Those with blood stasis, you should eat less cold/raw food as those food directly affect blood and qi circulation and leads to blood stasis. Appropriately consume ingredients that activate blood, nourish qi and relieve stress, such as Chinese hawthorn, black fungus, peach kernel, rose and jasmine, etc. Appropriately participating in high-intensity exercise on weekdays, such as swimming and ball games, also helps to dissipate blood stasis. It is also recommended to engage in multi-player ball games because positive social activities also have a decompression effect. Those with body stasis constitution mostly have stagnation in liver qi so they should not stay up late. You should go to bed by 11pm to allow the liver to work according to its duty time.

Sweet Osmanthus tea with Chinese hawthorn and dried citrus peel
Effects: Activates blood, relieves stasis and nourishes qi
Ingredients: 8 dried Chinese hawthorn, 1 dried citrus peel, small amount of sweet osmanthus and slab sugar
Preparation: Put dried Chinese hawthorn and dried citrus peel into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes. Add sweet osmanthus and slab sugar then steep for 5 minutes and mix well. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days a week.
Note that Chinese hawthorn is sour and not suitable to have on an empty stomach. Not suitable for pregnant, menstruating women or those with stomach discomfort.
