問：心情緊張或壓力大時，會有酸水從胃湧上來，有甚麼方法可以紓緩？

材料：絲瓜絡10克、佛手10克、陳皮1角
做法：所有材料洗淨，鍋中加入800-1000毫升水，放入所有材料，以武火煮至大滾後調文火煮30分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡，一星期飲用兩至三天為一次療程。
如飲用茶療後症狀未有緩解，建議請註冊中醫師診治。
