秋風一吹皮膚就開始痕癢?秋燥耗損人體津液,不但容易令人口乾舌燥,皮膚亦變得乾燥痕癢,容易令皮膚敏感、濕疹或主婦手加重病情。秋冬天養生之道宜潤,適量食用有養陰潤燥功效的食物,而當務之急可以飲用茶療及外洗方止痕。亦可以嘗試用片糖水沖涼,將一至兩片片糖放進洗澡水中淋在身上,然後抹乾,有滋潤皮膚作用,但只限於乾燥引起的皮膚痕癢有效。

🍵蟬蛻白鮮皮薄荷茶
功效:清熱燥濕、祛風止癢,紓緩皮膚泛紅、痕癢症狀。
材料:蟬蛻9克、白鮮皮9克、薄荷葉3克
做法:材料洗淨,白鮮皮搗碎。材料放入茶袋。放入保溫瓶,注入熱水泡15分鐘即可。

💦止痕外洗方
材料:蒲公英、甘草、連翹、地膚子各10克
做法:煮1小時,隔渣,倒進保溫瓶。每次以薄毛巾(紗巾)或化妝棉沾取藥,輕輕沾濕患處,不建議將藥棉長時間敷在患處,沾濕再自然乾即可。每天3次,用後毋須沖洗,有需要時使用。每天煮新的用來外敷。
注意:適合大人、小朋友及G6DP患者,但請先試用看看皮膚會否過敏。

Feeling the itch as soon as autumn sets in? The dryness of the season saps the body’s moisture, leaving not just a parched mouth and throat but also dry, itchy skin. This can trigger skin sensitivity, eczema, or worsen conditions like ‘housewife’s hands’. The key to autumn and winter wellness is to keep things well-hydrated. Incorporate foods known for their hydrating effects in moderation. In times of urgency, turn to herbal teas for relief and consider topical solutions for the itch. You can also try to use slab sugar to take a cool shower, dissolve one or two pieces of slab sugar in your bathwater, pour it over your body, and then gently pat dry. It’s great for skin hydration but only for itchiness caused by dryness.

🍵Tea remedy to clear heat and relieve itchy skin
Effects: clears heat and expels dampness, dispels wind and relieves itching. Suitable for those with skin redness or itchiness.
Ingredients: 9g cicada slough, 9g dense-fruit dittany root, 3g mint leaves
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Mash the dense-fruit dittany root. Add all ingredients into thermos. Add in hot water and steep for 15 minutes.

💦External rinse for itchy skin
Ingredients: 10g dandelion, 10g licorice root, 10g forsythia, 10g fructus kochiae
Preparation: Cook all ingredients for 1 hour and remove residue and pour into thermos. Use a thin towel or cotton pad to soak up medicine and gently pat on the affected area. We don’t recommend applying medicated cotton on the area for long periods of time. Simply damp the area and let it air dry. Do this three times daily and it is not necessary to rinse after. Use as needed. Cook a new batch of medicated water daily to use externally.
Note: Use it on a small area first to ensure there is no allergic reaction. This is suitable for adults and kids as well as those suffering from G6DP.
