【秋天吃甚麼?】串燒白果好味道!

廣東俗語中的「食白果」意思為白忙一場而沒有收穫。作為要跑數的打工仔們,當然不想整個月都沒單開食白果,但又稱為銀杏的白果其實是種在秋天時令的食材,是銀杏樹的種子,多在秋天種子成熟時收採,所以這個時分有時也會在烤番薯的車仔檔看到有烤白果售賣。白果有一種複雜的大人味道,熟食能收斂肺氣,定喘和咳嗽,適合秋天食用;既時令又是養肺佳品,亦可治小便頻繁和女性的白帶症狀。由於白果本身有小毒,必須去其芯,並千萬要注要先煮熟透才可進食,而帶青芽的生白果毒性比較強,誤服會出現噁心、嘔吐等中毒症狀,小朋友更是不宜過量服用。所以說,秋天吃白果不一定是壞事!

性平,有小毒, 不宜多吃。有收斂肺氣、止咳喘、止帶縮小便的功效。適量服用能改善肺氣虛弱而致的喘咳,舒緩婦女體弱有帶下過多、及改善尿頻等症狀。
