提到袪濕,大部人會立即想起生薏米,但其實豆豆家族中也有不少有袪濕的作用,如赤小豆及眉豆等都會袪濕能力一流的食材,而且屬性平和,適合煮祛濕湯水。認識多些袪濕食材,遠離春天惱人的濕氣!

薏米﹣性微寒,可利水袪濕、健脾清熱。能舒緩小便不暢順、身體浮腫、脾虛濕盛和濕熱,大便質黏等症狀。但要注意體質虛寒,孕婦慎吃,更不宜經常飲用薏米水作食療。

赤小豆﹣性平,外型與紅豆相似,但較小及窄扁身。有健脾止瀉、利水消腫、減肥的功效,適合各類型水腫人士、產後浮腫等症狀。因能利尿,不適宜小便頻多者。

眉豆﹣性平,可健脾化濕。針對脾虛有濕、水腫等症狀。
