好羨慕倒頭就睡的人?如果你天生沒有這個能耐,後天花點功夫也可以幫助入眠的,就是在睡前給自己十分鐘安靜的時間,在床上盤膝而坐,坐姿要以自己舒服為大前提,把手擱在腿上,閉目養神,慢慢呼吸,將注意力集中在肚臍下一寸位置,即丹田部位,讓思想進入平靜狀態,令日間不斷在「動」的身心,都得以在「靜」態裡好好鬆弛,甚麼也不要想,當身心得以鬆弛,人也較容易入睡。

Clear your mind for 10 minutes before you sleep
Are you jealous of people who fall asleep as soon as they lie down? If you don’t have this ability naturally then you can put some effort to develop it. Give yourself 10 minutes of quiet time before you sleep. Sit comfortably with your legs crossed, and place your hands on your legs. Shut your eyes and breath slowly, focus your energy towards an inch below your belly button to allow your thoughts to quiet down. Allow your busy body and mind to relax in this quiet state. When your mind and body are relaxed, you will be able to fall asleep more easily.
