#24節氣 – 霜降】

「霜降」即露水凝結為霜而降的意思,來到秋天最後一個節氣,就南方氣候而言天氣並未明顯轉冷,但早晚已漸感到涼意。身體明顯感到乾燥,嘴唇脫皮或皮膚痕癢等症狀更是常見,此時就要好好潤肺生津。有說「補冬不如補霜降」,意思時秋補時打好身體底子,冬天時透過食補進一步調理體質就更容易了,「脾胃為後天之本」,把脾胃調理好,冬天進補才能好好吸收。飲食宜清淡,適量進食粗糧例如小米、番薯、薯仔等食物;作息有規律,定時吃飯,進食不宜過飽,每天飲米水強化脾胃功能。

霜降養生重點:「滋陰潤燥,健脾養胃」

淮山:健脾養胃,補氣生津
百合:清心除煩、潤肺止咳
黑豆:補腎健脾、利水下氣

淮山百合夕米水
功效:健脾養胃、養腎烏髮
材料:乾淮山10克、乾百合10克、夕米水一包(或炒黑豆30克)
做法:材料洗淨,鍋內加入約1000毫升水,加入材料以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約30分鐘。

There’s a saying in Chinese Medicine, “the spleen and stomach provide the material basis of the acquired constitution”. As long as you maintain a health stomach and spleen, your diet and nutrients will be absorbed well. To strengthen your spleen and stomach, diet should be light. Appropriately consume coarse grains such as millet, sweet potato, and potato. Rest and eat regularly. Do not overeat. Daily rice water can strengthen the spleen and stomach.

Lily bulb: clears the heart and relieve irritability, moistens the lungs to relieve coughing.
Black soya bean: replenishes kidney, strengthen spleen, promotes diuresis and lower qi.

Dusk rice water with Chinese yam and lily bulbs
Effects: strengthens the spleen and stomach, nourishes the kidneys and improves hair quality
Ingredients: 10g dried Chinese yam, 10g dried lily bulbs, 1 pack dusk rice water powder (or 30g fried black bean)
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients. Add 1000ml of water in the pot. Add all the ingredients and cook on high heat until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
