清明祛濕三豆素湯
春日時節,「拖延症」變得特別嚴重呢?大家都受到春困影響吧?!正所謂「清明時節雨紛紛」,春天潮濕的天氣讓人容易感到疲倦嗜睡、四肢重墜、食慾不振。除了外濕影響,飲食不節制、常吃生冷、煎炸油膩等食物又會加重內濕,更容易誘發慢性皮膚問題,例如皮膚痕、濕疹發作等等。這個時節宜多喝健脾祛濕湯水,一起驅走濕氣和疲勞感!
健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕食材如粟米鬚、薏米、陳皮、赤小豆等。
節瓜粟米三豆素湯
功效:健脾袪濕,利小便,紓緩身體因濕重而四肢困重、水腫等症狀。
材料:節瓜2個、粟米連鬚1根、赤小豆30克、眉豆30克、白扁豆30克、蜜棗2顆、陳皮1角
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,節瓜切大塊,粟米去衣連鬚切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
Three-bean vegetarian soup to dispel dampness on Qing Ming

Aside from external dampness, poor dietary habits and frequent consumption of cold and raw food and oily things can increase internal dampness leading to onset of skin issues such as itchiness and eczema. Appropriately include ingredients such as corn silk, coix seed, dried citrus peel and rice beans.
Three bean vegetarian soup with hairy gourd and corn
Effects: strengthens the spleen and dispels dampness, promote diuresis, alleviate dampness related heavy limbs and edema
Ingredients: 2 hairy gourds, 1 corn with silk, 30g rice beans, 30g black eyed beans, 30g hyacinth bean, 2 candied dates, 1 dried citrus peel
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut hairy gourd into large pieces, remove husk from corn keeping silk and cut into pieces
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
