婚前要準備事一籮籮，清單只會越做越長，順得未婚夫的父母又怕得失自己爸媽，種種決定遲遲未能肯定。其實結婚又怎會是兩個人的事？所以還是不要太執著，不宜小事放大。畢竟結婚只是婚姻的序幕，倒不如退一步海闊天空，送一份安逸給自己。日忙夜忙，卸妝洗臉時才看到鏡子反映著一個黯淡無光的自己，這才最心傷。這個周末不如準備一個DIY美白、去印面膜，暫且將籌備婚宴的工作放下，邊掃電話，邊敷面膜，放鬆心情，急救自己的肌膚後再為自己的婚禮張羅。
美白薏米綠茶乳酪面膜
用料：薏米粉1茶匙、綠茶粉1茶匙、原味乳酪2茶匙
做法：將材料混合，洗臉後直接塗在臉上，10分鐘後以水清洗便可。
功效：美白、去印

Yogurt mask with coix seed and matcha
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon coix seed powder, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, 2 teaspoon plain yogurt
Preparation: combine all ingredients and apply to skin directly. Keep on for 10 minutes then remove with water.
Effects: whitening, scar removal
