驚蟄來到,初雷乍響,正在冬眠的昆蟲被春雷驚醒後脫離螯伏狀態,所以名為「驚蟄」。在這個氣溫回暖的時候,注意鼻子過敏、濕疹、暗瘡等毛病容易發作,舊傷舊患亦容易復發,所以此時節的保養重點為改善體質,強身防病!要少吃生冷、油膩重口味食材。要為身體打下健康基礎,每天飲用有健脾祛濕作用的米水,養好脾胃,並且多進食性味甘平的食物如紅蘿蔔、椰菜花、四季豆、豌豆、薯仔、淮山等。

Avoid cold and raw foods, and oily heavy flavoured things.
