皮膚乾燥可能與你體質有關,氣血虧虛的人,皮膚得不到足夠的濡養,容易出現手腳皮膚乾裂的問題,尤其是在季節交接時期,初夏雨量增多,天氣反覆,當突然的低溫來襲,陽氣潛藏,四肢的血液循環特別易受影響,除了會手腳冰冷,手腳乾燥亦特別嚴重,多吃養心養血和健脾的食療可以舒緩此症狀。

▶︎材料:桂圓10枚、去核紅棗6枚、米飯半米杯、冰糖少量
▶︎做法:將材料加水煮成粥,加冰糖調味即成。適合虛寒體質人士服用。
▶︎注意:感冒未清者、身體有偏熱症狀都不宜服用。

▶︎Ingredients: 10 dried longan, 6 seedless red dates, half cup of white rice, small amount of rock sugar
▶︎Preparation: Cook all ingredients with water to make congee, add rock sugar to taste. Suitable for those with asthenic cold body types.
▶︎Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu, also not suitable for those with heat symptoms.
