月經仿佛是身體每個月派給女生的成績表，從經血量、狀態、經期長短和症狀就可察覺身體狀態。部分女生因為不良生活作息和飲食習慣，形成氣滯血瘀體質導致經血不順，未能排清所有經血出來，長期滯於胞宮內形成血塊。平日不妨打好基礎，經期前要戒生冷飲食，選擇理氣活血、健脾胃的食材煲湯，有助身體順利排清月經。以下湯水適合平日飲用，加入理氣活血功效的食材，為你迎來下一次暢快的經期！

適當地添加理氣活血食材如山楂、黑木耳、五指毛桃、陳皮等 。

材料：蓮藕1根（約600克／1斤）、紅蘿蔔2根、黑木耳2塊、桑寄生20克、蓮子20克、無花果3枚
做法：
1. 洗淨所有材料。桑寄生放入湯袋備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水，全部材料加入鍋中，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮約1.5小時，最後下鹽調味即可。
功效：活血補肝腎，紓緩長期有壓力人士的月經不適、腰痠等。

Soup to nourish qi and activate blood
Ingredients: 1 lotus root (about 600g), 2 carrots, 2 black fungus, 20g Chinese taxillus herb, 20g lotus seeds, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Place Chinese taxillus herb into soup bag.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: activates blood and nourishes liver and kidney. Relieves stress related menstrual discomfort and back ache.
