適當地添加理氣活血食材如山楂、黑木耳、五指毛桃、陳皮等 。

材料:蓮藕1根(約600克/1斤)、紅蘿蔔2根、黑木耳2塊、桑寄生20克、蓮子20克、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 洗淨所有材料。桑寄生放入湯袋備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:活血補肝腎,紓緩長期有壓力人士的月經不適、腰痠等。

Ingredients: 1 lotus root (about 600g), 2 carrots, 2 black fungus, 20g Chinese taxillus herb, 20g lotus seeds, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Place Chinese taxillus herb into soup bag.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: activates blood and nourishes liver and kidney. Relieves stress related menstrual discomfort and back ache.
