It’s that time of the week again to learn a soup! This week we are introducing a vegetarian soup to relieve acne- Arrowroot Carrot Soup with Peanuts and Black-eyed Peas. It’s a tasty soup and can help to improve acne, oily face and feet odor as well, try it out over the weekend!
Ingredients: 1 arrowroot, 2 carrots, black-eyed peas 30g, peanuts 30g, hyacinth bean 30g, 1 dried orange peel, 2 candied dates
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel arrowroot and carrots an cut into large pieces. Put 2000ml of water into a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Once boiling, add in all ingredients then turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Effects: clears heat and expels dampness. Relieves symptoms of hangover, acne, oily face, body swelling and feet odor.
