脾胃虛弱不宜飲用豆漿

CheckCheckCin:喜歡喝豆漿的人士要留意了!要明白再有益的東西,吃得過量都會出現反效果,黃豆的確有健脾養胃及補益的功效。而豆漿是透過潤腸通便,清瀉脾胃熱而健脾養胃的。簡單來說,脾胃虛寒,即平素容易胃脹、泄瀉者,則不宜飲用豆漿。因為黃豆偏涼,容易引起氣滯胃脹,出現消化不良,大便溏瀉等狀況。

It strengthens the spleen and stomach by clearing heat through moistening the bowels and relieving constipation. In other words, for those with asthenic spleen and stomach, they would be prone to abdominal bloating and diarrhea and soy beans would not be suitable. Soya beans are cold in nature and can lead to qi stagnation and abdominal bloating, as well as poor digestion and loose stool.
