來到小雪,代表天氣真正轉寒了,黃河流域開始下雪,所以稱之為小雪。而位於南方的香港仍在暖寒轉換期,時有寒流侵擾,早晚溫差變化大,所以要注意穿著,多加保暖,以防着涼感冒。在這個節氣宜早睡晚起,等太陽完全出來才起床活動,以防陽氣受清晨的寒氣所傷。
小雪開始,飲食以「溫補養腎」為原則。適量進食可以讓身體熱起來的食物如羊肉、牛肉、生薑、炒米水等;而多吃黑色食物如黑木耳、黑芝麻、黑豆等就可以養好腎氣。

・先把厚衣吹一吹,別讓自己帶著臭丸味
・別因寒風而緊閉窗戶,定時開窗換換氣
・吃個羊腩煲溫補一下
・睡前熱水浸腳促進血液循環

Minor snow represents that the temperature will start to cool and it likely began to snow near the yellow river basin. It is suitable to sleep early and sleep in a bit during this season to nourish the kidneys and gently replenish the body. You can have ingredients that warm up the body such as lamb, beef, raw ginger, fried rice water, and have black coloured ingredients such as black fungus, black sesame, black soya beans to nourish kidney qi.
Gentle reminders:
– Have a cup of warm rice water when you wake up
– Air out your winter clothes before wearing to prevent the storage smell
– Be sure to open the windows occasionally to circulate air
– Have a pot of stewed lamb brisket to replenish your body
– Soak your feet before bed time to promote blood circulation
