所有材料洗淨備用。南瓜、木瓜去皮去籽切塊。栗子去皮。舞茸菇泡水半天。鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮 約1小時，最後下鹽調味即可。
Friday Soup Series- Pumpkin Soup with Maitake mushroom and Chestnut

Goodbye Fears Soup
Ingredients: 300g pumpkin (about half tael), 1 papaya, 2 dried maitake mushrooms, 80 chestnuts (about 2 taels), 15g sweet and bitter almonds
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed pumpkin and papaya, and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts. Soak mushrooms in water for half a day. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
