星期五湯水- 南瓜舞茸菇栗子湯

身邊有種朋友特別膽小又驚青,看後恐怖片和聽鬼故後怕得睡不著,被人嚇一嚇也份外驚慌失措,經常又無端端心悸,不如介紹他們多飲這個安神湯水,即使萬聖節時入鬼屋遊玩又或是看恐怖片都不再驚青!

不再驚青湯水
材料:南瓜300克(約半斤)、木瓜1個、舞茸菇乾品2朵、栗子80克(約2兩)、南北杏15克

做法:
所有材料洗淨備用。南瓜、木瓜去皮去籽切塊。栗子去皮。舞茸菇泡水半天。鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮 約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

功效:寧心安神,可改善心悸、面色偏白、善忘及失眠等症狀

Try suggesting this mind calming soup, even during Halloween, they can enter haunted houses or watch horror movies without losing it!
Goodbye Fears Soup
Ingredients: 300g pumpkin (about half tael), 1 papaya, 2 dried maitake mushrooms, 80 chestnuts (about 2 taels), 15g sweet and bitter almonds
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed pumpkin and papaya, and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts. Soak mushrooms in water for half a day. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
